The project aims to create an inclusive workplace for LGBTQAI+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Asexual, Intersex) staff in the hospitality industry. Education and awareness play a pivotal role in cultivating inclusive and diverse workplaces by equipping trainees with job-specific skills and fostering attitudes that promote equality and acceptance. Therefore, it will look for the best methodology to deliver inclusive employment education/training to hotel management and staff.
