Centre of Vocational Excellence for Sustainable Fuels, Green Technology, and Renewable Energy Facilities
Abstract Two organisations in Denmark are collaborating to establish a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) focusing on sustainable fuels, green technology, and renewable energy facilities. They are seeking partners to strengthen the project in the following areas:
- Higher Education Institutions: Research departments with experience in green technology and sustainable energy solutions.
- Industrial Clusters: Clusters related to construction and agricultural machinery or facilities concerning hydrogen technology, e.g. electrolyser production/facilities.
Himmerlands Erhvervs- og Gymnasieuddannelser (HEG) and Hydrogen Valley are collaborating to establish a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) focusing on sustainable fuels, green technology, and renewable energy facilities.
Current Partners
Himmerlands Vocational and Secondary Education, specialized education relating to construction and agricultural machinery mechanics.
Hydrogen Valley, hydrogen technology and renewable energy.
Project Work Packages
WP1: Development of Specialized Training Modules: Focused on repair and maintenance of agricultural / construction machinery and electrolyser facilities/production.
WP2: Practical Training and Workshop Collaboration: Regular workshops and case studies.
WP3: Innovation and Technological Update: Introducing sustainable solutions.
WP4: Networking with Local Businesses: Partnerships and company visits.
WP5: Environmental Awareness and Sustainability: Integrating sustainable practices into education.
