The company is targeting an international project to develop a social and healthcare service management and steering system. This system will provide 360-degree visibility of a patient s multi-provider care pathways and the ability to cost-effectively optimise service demand routing to available service providers. This system will provide social and health care professionals with insight into the most effective and cost-efficient options for patient care at different stages of the health care continuum. The focus of this project is to help people who require multiple services and who are at risk of increasing service demand. For example, a significant proportion of people over the age of 75 fall into these categories. They are also at high risk of falling in the most expensive and resource-intensive health services.

The proposal is in line with the requirements of the call HORIZON-JU-IHI-2025-09-03, Boosting innovation for people-centred integrated healthcare solutions. The company is building an international consortium to implement a project with the help of EU funds. In addition to the international search, the company is cooperating with Finnish universities and technology suppliers to form a research and innovation consortium.
