A Turkish Company is established in European Free Zone/Corlu and since 2004 it has been manufacturing tecnical engineering plastic compounds for various sectors, primarily automotive and transportation, electrical / electronic, home appliances, sports and leisure, safety equipment,aviation, garden and power tools, medical industry, construction & agricultural equipment, furniture industries.

Description

The Turkish Company is exporting its products to 41 countries in 4 continents as the biggest engineering plastics exporter of Turkey. The company is offering intelligent solutions based on innovative and tailor made products while creating opportunities for success, based on reliable partnerships. The company produces wide range technical polymer compounds such as PA6, PA66, PA6.6, PA6.10, PPA, PA, PBT, PET, POM, TPU, PP, PE, ABS, PC, PPS, PEEK, PK, PEI, PES, PS, PPO,PLA,PBS,PBAT,TPS.
The completely computerized manufacturing facilities consist of high torque twin screw extruders combined with gravimetric feeders to obtain the consistent quality. In latest technology R&D and Quality laboratories, tests are conducted in compliance with ISO and other generally accepted international standards by using automatic and semi-automatic equipment to obtain reliable results. In addition, company has a wide range test capabilities in engineering plastics such as short and long-term mechanical tests, thermal tests, electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity, characterization analysis, flame, and electrical tests and many more.
The company is focused on the demands in automotive sector and produce solutions with the knowledge of years and projects. In recent years, due to global warming the trend on market tends to turn to more sustainable energy sources so that the EV researches gained velocity. In this regard, the company has we design our EV materials portfolio to provide tailor made solutions with a unique combination of both performance and durability. Also developed a know-how on the topic of electirically, thermally conductive and flame retardant products as well as the years of experience on the polymers like PA, PP, PC, PET and compounding those with fibers, minerals.
The company has a versatile knowledge and wide product range for electrical vehicle such as battery managent, thermal management, E-motor and radar assistance sensors thanks to its vast experience in E&E, aviation, railway, and public life application management. The company is provide grades to electrical vehicles in accordance with related certificates and safety standards in the terms of fire rating, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties with high quality experience and knowledge.
In recent researches, and pilot production trials the highly conductive or insulative product portfolio has been widen with the products successfully developed. Those products need special process design and processing parameters. Hence in first studies are related with process opitimization these materials. In the lab, it can do pilot production in small and large capacity and it’s capacity up to 50kg/hr. The company can design special screw design and processing equipment to avoid any feeding and processing issue during development of new materials.
The company R&D team has versatile and wide range application knowledge and experience on Electrical vehicle material applications, automotive applications, aviation and railway applications, bio based materials, recycle materials. Mechanical, uv and thermal aging resistence, fire retardancy, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and many more tests can be carried to understand material performance to adapt applications in R&D laboratories.
