The system should include 4 main sections:

1) Preparation of estimates and tenders.
(Preparation of a cost estimate and the possibility to sum up equal positions in it, see real cash flows, enter the terms of the contract, create Project/Client folders in which to store all engaging events, as well as see project statuses. Enter the terms of the contract and receive regular notifications from the system about the nearest deadlines, for example, preparation of an invoice, etc.)

2) Customer accounting.

3) Time tracking and delegation of tasks to specific employees.
(Sending work assignments to project managers and employees, indicating work time by object/ project, tracking/ adding and reviewing the working time of employees for the project managers.)

4) Warehouse and stock accounting.
(Electronic warehouse accounting (as a minimum only material accounting and balance, in future also automatic invoicing and reduction of the balance), automatic booking of materials included in specific projects, when the status of the project is changed to the realization phase; Notifications on missing materials; Reports on the materials used on specific object (with an extra option to indicate materials used on each project/object)

In addition: allocation of user roles – administration, work managers, employees, development of various reports.
