Abstract

Polish company is looking for a partner that would be able to provide advanced AI-based software that uses technologies such as ML, NLP, NLG and cloud integration to support users in tasks and automate processes. The innovativeness of the approach lies in the integrated use of these technologies to create a more advanced and useful tool. The solution will serve, among others, to personalize services, as a customer/agent assistant, to automate administrative support.

Description

Polish company is looking for technology for the following:
- personalization of services, integration of the CRM system with predictive analytics modules that will collect and analyze customer data including their purchase history and interactions. Based on this data, machine learning models will be trained to predict customer segments with a given purchasing potential. The system will segment customers according to their needs and purchase probability, and also generate sales recommendations for agents. The goal is to increase sales efficiency through a proactive approach and better matching offers to customers;

- AI assistant to support agents and clients will act as an advanced tool supporting both agents and clients of Insu. For agents, the AI assistant will provide immediate answers to inquiries about the company s products, procedures and policies. Thanks to integration with the CRM system and other databases, the assistant will be able to quickly provide information about clients and recommend appropriate products based on predictive analytics. For clients, the AI assistant will be available 24/7, offering support in the form of a chatbot that answers questions, helps solve problems and guides clients through various processes, such as filing claims, verifying or updating personal data;

- automation of administrative support, application of AI to perform routine administrative tasks such as form processing, data verification, automation of the process of reporting, processing and analyzing insurance claims, generating reports.
