Slovak start-up is looking for new technology/research partners for the extension of research in the possible recycling of cigarette waste and waste from tobacco sticks (IQOS)
Abstract A Slovak start-up, that recycles filters from tobacco products to modify asphalt mixtures and replace conventionally used cellulose fibers.

The company operates in Slovak and Czech Republic

• The company offers several solutions for various clients. They produce and deliver special ashtrays for companies and municipalities to lower the stage of littering, also, cooperate with IQOS and collect it directly from customers (around 2 tons a month). Also, they collaborate with construction companies to use their products in their pavement asphalt mixtures.
• The company developed technology for recycling of filters and underwent several research techniques to find out the strengths of our solution

The goal is to find a partner in the field of pavement/road/asphalt research to test the company_ s products and develop possible improvements to make it not just environmentally friendly, but also secure and quality products. Cooperation will be based on the research and development cooperation agreement.
